The 2023 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards delivered four fantastic wins for Plus last Friday in Melbourne!
R.Iconic Stage 1 in South Melbourne took home both the Best Lifestyle Development and Best Apartment Architectural Design awards, and Queensland's Capri won Best Townhouse Development (Queensland) and Best Housing Development (Australia).
“The awarded companies have conceptualised and created a range of impressive properties that offer a diverse choice of appealing opportunities for cross-border investors. These well-deserved awardees represent the growth and innovation that continue to drive the Australian property market,” notes Jules Kay, GM of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events.
Jeremy Williams, managing director of Marketplaces at PropertyGuru Group, said, “Together, [these developments] raise the gold standard of real estate in Australia and help local and international investors alike make confident property decisions in the country.”
