We are proud to announce Plus Architecture's Gloria Ha (Sydney), Dominic Versace (Melbourne), Georgina Hall (Hobart) and Sunny Kim (Sydney) have made the shortlist for Australian Design Review's esteemed 30UNDER30 Architects and Innovators of the Built World.
The 30UNDER30 programme recognises and empowers our future leaders, as well as bringing together game-changers, practice founders, product manufacturers, suppliers, and sponsors.

Meet our four candidates
Gloria, a Project Leader at Plus in our Sydney studio since 2016, holds a Master's of Architecture and has consistently excelled academically, earning a place on the Dean's List of Excellence in Academic Performance. In 2020, she was nominated for the Architect's Medallion by the NSW Architect's Registration Board, highlighting her exceptional talent and dedication to architecture. Gloria's expertise at Plus Architecture spans various sectors, including commercial, mixed-use, residential, and hotel design.
Dominic, Studio Lead at Plus in Geelong, has over eight years of experience, and is a strong advocate for regional development. He actively mentors graduates and serves as a Review Panellist at Deakin University. Dominic excels in leading teams and problem-solving across all project stages. He is known for his management skills, drive, boldness, organisation, and attention to detail. He efficiently oversees projects from inception to completion, including notable works such as Viridi, Eden Oak, and ongoing contributions to Pace 3058 in Coburg.
Georgina, our Hobart Studio Lead, specialises in multi-residential projects. Georgina has been a dedicated volunteer with Open House for the past five years, allowing members of the public to experience quality design. Georgina is a certified Passive House designer and champions environmentally sustainable practices in all aspects of her work. Her commitment to sustainability saw the Perth office obtain carbon-neutral certification, alongside the successful implementation of a sustainability action plan.
Sun-Kyoo, a Project Architect in our Sydney studio, brings over six years of experience in civic, community, student housing, and aged care sectors. Holding a Master's of Architecture, Sun-Kyoo is a recipient of several prestigious awards, including being on the Dean's List for Excellence in Academic Performance, receiving the Ethel M Chettle Prize in Architecture, and a nomination for the RIBA Silver Medal. Sun-Kyoo brings a broad range of experience and draws on a holistic understanding of the client, site, and brief.
