Plus Architecture is proud to announce the promotion of Nigel Mak to Associate in our Melbourne Studio
A measured and diligent Architect, Nigel has been a dedicated and valued member of the Plus team since joining seven years ago. It has been a pleasure to watch his progression from young graduate to a confident and professional Architect over the years.
Always one to lend a hand and offer a considered solution, Nigel’s collected demeanour, passion and methodical approach to architecture has made him an indispensable member of the Plus Melbourne team. His confidence in design and ability to effectively problem solve has made him a great asset to all his projects and a favourite among Plus clients.
Leading the charge on Plus success stories like Luminary in Hawthorn and, perhaps his hardest assignment of all, Plus Melbourne’s very own new studio, Nigel has made a name for himself as a diligent leader who is focused on excellent project delivery.
With his extensive knowledge of the construction process, he is adept at working closely with both clients and builders to deliver high quality project outcomes that value both the design vision and buildability. His attention to detail and collaborative approach to the design process enables him to jump into a project at any stage and produce high quality work.
At Plus, we are extremely excited to see where Nigel’s career takes him and have absolutely no doubt that he will go very far.
Congratulations Nigel!

“Nigel has all the hallmarks of a natural leader and it has been a pleasure and privilege to watch him grow as an architect during his time at Plus. His ability to understand both the bigger vision and the smallest details of a project is second to none.” – Ian Briggs, Director
