Just fourteen kilometres from the CBD, Trio is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne nearby to key public transport links. A diverse mixed-use precinct with unmatched levels of comfort and convenience, Plus Architecture was engaged to provide design architecture and consulting services.

Comprising three highly integrated buildings, the precinct delivers apartments, senior living, accommodation, amenities, retail, supermarket, lifestyle and dining options — all at one address.

Trio residences cater to a variety of needs, with homes designed to suit singles, couples and families, and a building dedicated to senior-suited living. Select homes offer views to Melbourne’s south and west, including to the CBD skyline and Dandenong Ranges. The precinct also features a generous hotel with corporate and extensive function space.

The project has a four-level underground carpark, a ground-level loading dock accessible from Wellington Road, approximately 1000-1300 sqm supermarket, shops, and a boutique luxury hotel of approximately 158 rooms with associated gym, boutique day spa, and concierge valet services for the hotel within the podium.

In addition, the development includes 28 independent living units and a childcare centre for approximately 100 children from 6 months to 5 years old.
