Located in one of Sydney’s fastest growing regions, this proposed community centre sits at the heart of a new and vibrant master planned residential community in Sydney’s South West Gledswood Hills precinct.

Sitting atop of a gentle undulating hill, overlooking the lush natural environment, a 27-hole golf course, and future tree lined residential streets, this centre has been designed to take full advantage of its beautiful surroundings and to promote a greener more enriching lifestyle for the local community.

Boasting a large outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities, fire pit, generous external deck areas, nature sensitive landscape design, and 400 sqm of internal area with screening room, games room, kitchen, bar, and lounge areas, the design caters to a wide variety of activities and family types.

The design approach adopted by Plus was to deliver landscape-sensitive architecture that would work with the natural contours of the terrain and encourage a clear and well-defined fluid path of movement through the site. Blurring the boundary between the indoor and outdoor environment, the centre features encouraging views and scenic vantage points throughout.
