A luxury, cityside retreat with a suite of first-class amenities.

After renowned developer Mirvac acquired an approved planning permit, Plus Architecture was engaged to design The Albertine’s external architecture.

Located at 31 Queens Lane in Melbourne’s St Kilda city fringe, this prestigious apartment development covers 2,323 square metres and comprises 100 residences equipped with high-end amenities.

On the ground floor, ‘The Circadian Club’ boasts wellbeing-themed amenities like an indoor pool, gym, yoga and Pilates studio, and a sauna. Up top, ‘The Elysian Room’ offers residents a premium, one-of-a-kind dining experience with sweeping vistas across Melbourne, Albert Park and beyond.

Architecturally, our design for The Albertine’s exterior incorporates gentle curves amid a range of rich textures, including lacquered timber, fluted glass, combed stone and anodised metal accenting. Inside, residents have two colour schemes to choose from: the cooler, mid-tone ‘Maestro’ or ‘Erudite’, which offers warmer, lighter tones.

Well-connected with Melbourne’s city life, The Albertine sits just 200 metres from the prominent St Kilda Road tram lines while providing residents unerring privacy and reprieve.
