A new chapter begins

Wynyard Quarter is Auckland’s waterfront in motion—an evolving precinct where industry meets innovation, past meets future. Once a hub for timber and petroleum, it’s now a canvas for transformation. We worked closely with local planners, urban designers, and Councils to unlock its full potential.

Our vision? A mixed-use residential tower that belongs. It anchors the waterfront, blending history, culture, and contemporary living. Retail spills into laneways, hospitality hums at the edges, and public spaces invite connection. The tower establishes a bold urban marker at the western edge of the masterplan, seamlessly interacting with Silo Park. Retail and restaurants activate the edges, while elevated terraces, a wellness centre, and rooftop pool add new levels of amenity.

This land holds stories. Once a shoreline and later an industrial hub, Wynyard Quarter has been reshaped over time. The neighbouring Silo Park is a testament to this legacy—Silo 6 now hosts art and exhibitions, while Silo 7 becomes a cinematic canvas at night. Our design embraces this industrial heritage, echoing raw textures and forms.

Mana Whenua engagement has shaped the design, embedding cultural narratives in public art and green spaces. Pathways link Silo Park to the harbour, inviting people to pause and explore.
