Scape Kensington is the signature student accommodation project for Scape Living in Sydney.
Scape Kensington occupies an old pharmacy site and is the anchor site for the Todman Square precinct in the K2K planning policy for Randwick City Council. The project will deliver significant public amenity at ground level and create a plaza that establishes the place to be known as Todman Square.
The design looks at re-interpreting the existing context, though innovative ways of referencing the historic forms, framing the existing context and using this framing and contextual referencing to create a form that is inviting, bringing different user groups together in one location.
Scape Living control three corners defining Todman Square. Scape Kensington is the first project to be delivered in this unique urban renewal project.
