An innovative cross-sector senior’s living model for Melbourne’s inner north.

Ryman Coburg occupies a sought-after site in Melbourne's inner north. Located next to Bridge Reserve and Coburg Leisure Centre, the masterplan seeks to maximise the greenery views to the west, while providing convenient access to public transport and local amenities.

The development provides a continuum of care from independent living to assisted living, through to high-level care and was recognised as an innovative model in Australia at the time.

Due to the continuous envelope, the architecture employs a variation of treatment to articulate and lighten the façade and provide scale.
