Inspired by its unique location, situated between the Nerang River and the Pacific Ocean, with views of the Gold Coast hinterland, the identity of River Terrace is closely tied to the transition between the hinterland vegetation and the rolling waves of the ocean.

The two towers of River Terrace twist as they ascend from the podium, creating a sense of movement. The podium emphasises the tranquillity of the hinterland with a predominantly earthy material pallet while warm bronze accents reflect the warmth of the sunrise above the ocean and beaches.

Offering 280 short-term and 508 residential apartments, the development accommodates the short-term suites at the lower level of the northern tower, providing strategic access to the extensive recreational facilities provided at podium level. The higher level, one, two and three-bedroom apartments in both towers have been generously sized with every bedroom and living space featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing and access to full perimeter balconies which form the building’s façade.

A key design feature of River Terrace is the extensive series of infinity edge swimming and reflection pools at podium level, designed to evoke a seamless transition between the ocean and the river below.
