A sanctuary with an oasis
Plus Architecture has designed the four-storey building at the highly coveted Chairlift Avenue at Mermaid Beach, which will have two three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartments on the ground level, spanning just under 300 sqm. Wrapped in private courtyards and terraces, each apartment will also home its own private plunge pool.
The result of intuition, inspiration and immense attention to detail, Prominence brings an innovative yet elegant presence to its coastal location, settling seamlessly into this beachside paradise.
The development’s form and function are articulated to capture and enhance the relationship between the park opposite, the balcony and living rooms. The sophisticated horizontal line of the slab edges reduces the scale and proportion with thin form profiles. While the vertical blades create intimacy between the street and occupant’s view.
The inspired interiors by Mim Design cultivate an atmosphere of coastal sophistication.
Levels two and three will also feature two apartments, this time with a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, plus multi-purpose room configuration. Each apartment sits across 204 sqm of floorspace, opening out to a southern facing 20 sqm balcony.
Level four is home to the two penthouse apartments, each with exclusive access to their own private rooftop terraces. Spanning 200 sqm internally on the fourth floor, most of the living areas occupy this space. The rooftop terrace incorporates 39 sqm of internal space and a further 140 sqm of terracing, complete with their outdoor kitchen and plunge pool.
