A meticulously crafted and iconic design that resonates with luxury
Like a meticulously crafted artwork, the form and facade of this hotel in Palm Beach are rich in expression and visual impact, shaping a dynamic presence and an iconic brand identity.
Spanning between the Gold Coast Highway and Jefferson Lane in Palm Beach, this 9 storey hotel presents two different faces to each street interface. Facing the highway, the architecture is impressive, emblematic, and iconic. An art deco-inspired composition of rhythmic parabolic curves with lush green spilling over delicately framed balconies, grand in scale and exuding warmth and vitality.
Towards the beach, the architectural expression is more refined. An interplay of linear planes and soft curves atop a double-height arcade and porte cochere that conveys a sense of weightlessness and openness to the street. Luxury is captured in the scale, the materiality and the detail, with discretely curated views achieved by staggered floor plates and careful planning.
At ground level, lush landscaping enriches the built form, framing an open and inviting central pedestrianised thoroughfare that connects the two street interfaces and welcomes a flow of activity within and throughout.
