Meticulously crafted by award-winning Plus Architecture, One Cannes has been designed in response to the unique natural landscape that surrounds it, drawing on the ocean, river, parkland and verdant hinterland to inform the composition.
Located on a secluded avenue along the Nerang River, One Cannes on Surfers Paradise is a considered offering of 84 residential apartments over 17 storeys. Inspired by the soft repetitive rhythm of nature, the shape of the tower and the podium were gently crafted to not only provide a highly articulated form but also represent the gentle curvature of a wave lapping the shore.
A refined palette with timeless lines and detailing, the development provides a high level of lifestyle and amenity with both ground and rooftop level recreational facilities.
