Melior pays homage to the natural beauty of the surrounding leafy enclave. The street-facing façade is elegant, attuned to the urban rhythm of one of Melbourne's most exclusive suburbs. The geometric lines and silhouettes take their cues from Canterbury’s rich lineage of 19th century architecture. The development adopts a distinctly sculptural and refined aesthetic.
Light-filled homes lie behind the majestic façade. Melior’s architecture intends to give each of the 42 elegant 1, 2 & 3 bedroom residences an independent profile and a sense of separation.
Common areas include a large wine cellar for group entertaining and a beautifully landscaped courtyard that opens out to an adjoining nature reserve. Providing further amenity to residents, two commercial tenancies will face Shierlaw Avenue.
Minimalist design and cosy textures borrowed from nature fill the Melior spaces with tranquillity and joy.
