A new educational facility for Sydney’s Inner South.

Plus Architecture is set to continue our strong partnership with Sustainable Development Group (SDG) to develop a new school in the inner southern suburb of Sydney, Waterloo.

SDG is a not-for-profit organisation that facilitates property development projects to maximize the spiritual, social, environmental, and financial returns of charity property.

The proposed education development by SDG aims to address the lack of schools in the area and will include a primary and secondary school, as well as a tertiary film school and ministry spaces. SDG is currently seeking suitable tenants for the development while Plus is helping to balance the various needs of the development.

The project presents a unique opportunity to design a sustainable and innovative educational facility that supports the needs of its students and the community it serves. The design will prioritize energy efficiency, the use of renewable resources, and sustainable materials, while also enabling the school to respond to changing needs and evolving educational practices.

This collaboration between Plus and SDG represents an excellent opportunity to create a unique and innovative educational facility that will benefit the Waterloo community for years to come.
