Our vision for Holsworthy Town Centre is bold and transformative. Designed by Plus for Salute Group, this project creates a vibrant mixed-use precinct positioned adjacent to Holsworthy Train Station, seamlessly linking retail, commercial, and residential spaces with the neighbourhood’s established character. Situated in a prime location, this new community destination will serve as an anchor, offering a dynamic experience for those commuting or exploring the area.
The masterplan centres on an animated plaza and inviting laneways, shaping a rich urban fabric that connects the precinct with surrounding streetscapes and the station. Three distinct residential towers, each varying in height and architectural form, introduce a new skyline to Holsworthy, reinforcing the area’s growth while providing 298 thoughtfully designed apartments. An expansive 8,961m² retail space and 3,102m² commercial area are strategically woven into the design, creating a bustling ground level that harmonises convenience, community, and culture.
Inspiration for this project comes from the natural landscape and cultural diversity, and each element of Holsworthy Town Centre is crafted with purpose. The vision is not only to provide functional spaces but to celebrate creativity, sustainability, and a sense of well-being. With each building contributing its own unique character, we’re creating a place that residents and visitors can connect with on multiple levels.
