Designed for those who are active, independent, and seeking a home that aligns with their dynamic lifestyle.

Halcyon Wildflower marks a milestone for Stockland as one of Western Australia’s first resort-style living development under a land lease model. This master plan was created for over-55s who aren’t slowing down but embracing a new way of living.

We’ve designed 288 homes that balance elegance with ease. Seven distinct home typologies feature wide doorways, step-free entries, and adaptable layouts that make life simpler. Generous front gardens bring nature to the doorstep, activating the streetscape and fostering connection.

“The design is driven by clarity and purpose,” says Patric Przeradzki, Director at Plus. “It’s about creating a lifestyle where every space is intuitive, uplifting, and built to be lived in.”

Inside, every detail is considered - spaces that feel light, open, and crafted for modern living. Calm geometries and honest materials define each space. Indoor areas flow naturally to outdoor living, with designs that capture daylight, welcome cross-breezes, and work with the movement of the sun. Front patios encourage spontaneous conversations across landscaped streets.

Beyond the homes, the scale of the site in Piara Waters allows for a rich, layered masterplan. Pickleball, swimming, a wellness centre - it’s all here, woven into a landscape that supports both connection, energy and calm. The clubhouse, set against native bushland, is the heart of the community, a space to gather, recharge, and belong.

This is a new approach to downsizing - where quality, connection, and vibrant living take centre stage.
