Recently completed in collaboration with Growthbuilt, Estia Health’s new Aged Care Home at Blakehurst offers 99 residential aged care units overlooking Kogarah Bay.

Plus Architecture has an established background in designing and delivering innovative high density living solutions for the aged care community that allow residents to live the lifestyle they desire, from a home they are proud of, in the location they love.

This new Residential Aged Care (RAC) facility with architecture by Integrated Design Group and interior design by Meli Studio provides exceptional amenities for its community including spacious, modern residences, purposefully designed communal spaces and outdoor recreation areas which encourage residents to age in place and continue the lifestyle they are accustomed to living.

Plus Architecture was engaged to provide design development, documentation, and delivery services, working in collaboration with a fantastic team of experts to successfully deliver the project.
