A landmark mixed-use development, a hub where people can gather, work and enjoy.

Designed to build community through shared experiences, this mixed-use development features retail stores, commercial and residential living, communal open spaces and underground parking.

The traditional character and location of the existing Australia Post and heritage buildings within a changing urban context provided an opportunity for a contrasting architectural approach focussing on the public domain opportunity in between. With an emphasis on innovation and urban connectivity, the design will evolve the area into a dynamic local hub enhancing permeability whilst maintaining respect for the heritage character and setting.
