Located just off Point Cook Road, the site entry to Catalina Waters Retirement Village provides a beautiful water lined promenade leading to the centrally located Community Centre and Reception. Plus were engaged to master plan this 15.4 hectare site.

The Village focuses on communal spaces with public parks and green spaces integrated throughout. Five styles of villa were proposed, all of which are set back from the street frontage to create semi-private entry spaces.

Each villa was designed with ESD principles in mind and living spaces are orientated to the north to maximise the northern sun.

The building was designed as a place to support the community by allowing opportunities for the different interest groups within the facility to cross paths to meet and mingle.
