Congratulations to our valued client Sekisui House on their mixed-use and a master-planned community in Brisbane, West Village, announced a finalist in the ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence.
The revitalisation of the iconic Peters Ice Cream factory site in West End was underpinned by a vision to deliver a city-shaping precinct that incorporates newly created public space, retail and lifestyle uses, the adaptive re-use of existing heritage fabric as well as commercial and residential towers.
As part of a wider design team shaping the built form response, Plus Architecture was proud to have delivered the design for the Arcadia North and South residential towers.
For two of the eight apartment buildings in West Village, Plus Architecture created an inspired design for Arcadia based on the interplay between humanity and the environment.
Director Amit Julka says Arcadia’s twin tower architecture is distinctive, contextual and sustainable. Its multi-award-winning design is based on the belief that natural ecosystems enhance the living environment.
