Designing an end of the line station which will be safeguarded for future growth in the area.

AECOM and Plus Architecture identified a location for the proposed new Bellevue Station as well as sufficient parking for 600 park and ride spaces. Bellevue Station is being designed to project definition stage and at this stage it is considered an end of line station, which will be safeguarded for future growth in the area.

Plus Architecture developed the station design including platforms, ticketing, station booth, back of house offices. Utilising real-time rendering enabled our team to present the concept to stakeholders in an efficient and accessible manner. An underpass pedestrian circulation option was selected as the most efficient solution due to the height clearance requirements of the freight rail corridor. The PDR is finalised and awaits future development to Concept Stage.
