Set to rise in Main Beach
Bella Vie has the green light. French for "beautiful life," the 28-storey tower at 47-49 Pacific Street is set to take its place in Main Beach, embracing its coastal surroundings with a design that captures light, movement, and expansive views.
Just one street back from the water, surrounded by tennis courts, the standalone site gives Bella Vie room to breathe. The design takes its cues from the coastal winds that shape the shoreline. Light-toned concrete, blonde timber-look cladding, and natural stone create a façade that wraps and shifts sculpturally.
Discussing the design intention, Project Lead, Jana van Wijk, commented: "rather than prioritising a single street facade, we've conceived Bella Vie as a homogenous form that presents beautifully from all aspects. The design creates an intimate, pedestrian-scaled experience while maintaining the development's heroic presence."
At street level, the tiered four-storey podium softens the threshold between building and landscape. Layers of greenery spill over the edges, reinforcing the garden arrival experience. The pedestrian interface is a moment of welcome, a transition from city to sanctuary.
Inside, Bella Vie is built for space. Below Level 18, 56 quarter-floor two-bedders with studies or multipurpose rooms. Above, 14 half-floor three-bedders. At the top, two four-bedroom penthouses, each with a private rooftop playground with pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, lawn, and firepit.
Resident amenities are spread throughout the building. Level 18 features a dining area, lounge, and library, along with work-from-home suites and a boardroom. At podium level, a gym, Pilates studio, and yoga deck sit alongside pools, saunas, and hot-and-cold plunges.
Main Beach is all about lifestyle, privacy, and ease. Bella Vie responds with generous spaces and seamless access to the coastal rhythm, from sunrise strolls to sunset drinks.
