66 Eagle Street is a landmark office tower located in central Brisbane. Plus were engaged to deliver the refurbishment and extension of the building’s lobby – tasked with creating a high end and inviting entry space for this iconic commercial building in Brisbane’s ‘Golden Triangle’.
The scope included remodeling the existing ground level to accommodate a larger foyer. A tenancy for a café has also been provided along with an open alfresco area to cater for those working within the building and improve the pedestrian connection with the building.
The openness of the lobby will provide a bright and inviting area which will invigorate the building and provide grandness to the ground level on a welcoming scale.
