Occupying a narrow section of prime Grey Lynn real estate in the inner suburbs of Auckland, our design for 31 Mackelvie Street masterfully utilises the space to provide 21 spacious residences across a 10-level mixed-use development. An attractive investment, this development offers a blend of retail, hospitality, and residential spaces.

“At ground level, the design features elegant brickwork, creating a warm and inviting entrance for residents and visitors alike,” says Plus Architecture Director Hamish Davies. “The upper levels showcase dark balconies that juxtapose against the brickwork, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and the functionality of the building.
