Plus are engaged to provide a commercial feasibility for a proposed office development located in a prime location in Mascot, New South Wales. Situated at a key traffic intersection, the development creates a strong urban marker with great exposure to bypassing traffic to and from Mascot.

Creating a fluent architectural expression within the overall urban framework of Mascot, the concept takes full advantage of the unique aspect to the Sydney CBD towards the south.

The proposed concept envisages a contemporary mixed-use building based on flexibility in the workplace. The configuration generates typical floorplates of 2400 sqm with a shared atrium. Generous amenity and breakout areas adjacent to the core are connected over several levels creating a unique work environment. The internal concept creates a space where people can work while taking advantage of the exceptional views and natural light which come naturally to the site.
