The vision for this project is to design a generously appointed, midrise apartment building specifically meeting the needs of university students who attend Swinburne's nearby main campus.

Externally, the development pays homage to neighbouring buildings in materiality with a distinct facade that accommodates the western sun.

Internally, well-designed spaces strike a balance of privacy and community.

Residences provide compact living with a warm atmosphere and access to private balconies. Several communal spaces will make for excellent spaces to gather and socialise, including an open rooftop, basketball court and billiards lounge.

Adjoining an accessible public laneway, a calm lobby also creates a visual connection with residents, guests and pedestrians. Inviting gardens acts an interface from the street, with integrated bike parking and private spaces.
