Located nearby to downtown Auckland, close to the marina and the Auckland Fish Market, the concept for Zhi Wei Guan is set to traverse both traditional Chinese and contemporary design elements – bringing a fresh and upmarket dining option to the area.

Inspired by the original restaurant in Hangzhou, China, and featuring traditional cuisine, Plus has sought to showcase both the cuisine and the Chinese architecture throughout the restaurant.

The entrance itself stands to inspire curiosity whilst simultaneously being both welcoming and enticing. Inside, the main space offers a sense of playfulness, seeking to awaken the senses through lighting, splashes of colour and inspired forms.
