Phoenix is the first in the Apartments of Tullamore collection by Mirvac. The multi-storey residential development offers 134 apartments designed to blend seamlessly in with the existing residences of the coveted Tullamore community.

Phoenix stands proudly on Doncaster Road, representing the face and entry of the development. The building is arranged to make the best use of its natural surroundings with spacious balconies allowing for incredible outlooks in multiple directions and communal spaces giving access to the abundant and beautifully considered surrounding gardens.

The mix of residences covers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as a recessed upper level housing a 140 sqm penthouse. The large apartments, with some living areas of the three-bedroom apartments equivalent to those of a detached house, allow for easy family living in one place.

Attracting a discerning owner-occupier market, many purchasers are downsizers from surrounding suburbs who wish to remain in the same area, but in a more manageable space. Others are family units who wish to reside in close proximity to each other – with the affordable one- and two-bedroom residences giving families the opportunity to live in different apartments, yet still under one roof.

Designed to make the best use of materiality, openness and a sense of timelessness, the elegant lines of contrasting materials add sophistication to the façade. Inside, solid masonry construction reveals timber-lined interiors with customised joinery. Stone walls of the bathrooms of the three-bedroom apartments extend from floor to ceiling, a perfect backdrop to sizeable bathtubs. Kitchens include stone bench tops and built-in joinery at the end of the island benches to accommodate everything from cookbooks to objet d’art.
