Plus was invited to submit this concept as part of a design competition. These premium residences are designed to embrace their unique context. The design explores the strongly sculptured built form of residential tower forms which appear to be floating over a strongly sculptured masonry base.

The residential buildings are organised to optimise the view aspects to the north and east. Carefully planned layouts and positioning of cores have optimised the aspects of the units while considering noise, structural efficiency, cross viewing, solar access and cross ventilation.

The façade design of each residence responds to these drivers ensuring that the views are maximised from the living spaces while considering the cross viewing between units within the same built form.
