An impressive 14 storey tower which will serve as the heart of the bustling and booming Kirra Beach community.

Located on the beach at 7-11 Miles Street, Del Ray is a direct reflection of the Kirra lifestyle, and even includes a five metre art wall featuring pieces from local artists.

So popular, Del Ray sold all 72 apartments prior to its recent launch to the open market by family-owned Gold Coast boutique property developers Lacey Group.

The design of Del Ray draws inspiration from the juxtaposition of the hard, rocky headlands and the rhythmic serenity of waves on the beach, a distinctly contrasting metaphor which can be applied to the Kirra Beach community; fervently entrepreneurial, yet relaxed by nature.

Danny Juric, Plus Architecture Brisbane and Gold Coast Director says Del Ray was inspired by the unique Kirra community.

“With the design of Del Ray, we wanted to capture the soul of Kirra. Kirra residents are passionate, driven but also relaxed. We are not laidback, we just know what’s important,” Juric said.

“To speak to those classic Kirra attitudes, we’ve designed sleek, luxurious homes that distil the vivid lifestyle of surf culture underpinned by active iconology. Our work aims to compliment and reinforce placemaking.”

Del Ray will feature 35 two bedroom apartments, 35 three bedroom apartments and two three bedroom townhomes while accommodating 115 parking spaces.
