River-front townhouses boasting landscaped privacy amid coastal flavour.

Located at 2-4 Boomerang Cres, 8-12 Bundall Rd, and 1-5 Binda Place, this built-to-sell development leverages its corner positioning to offer residents unique and captivating views down the Nerang River. The total 60 dwellings include two- and three-bedroom split-level townhouses and one- and two-bedroom upper-level apartments, each prioritising privacy for residents and community.

One of the primary design drivers of this development was incorporating a suburban character sensitive to the neighbouring streets. To achieve this, we included generous setbacks from the road while adding vegetation between neighbouring properties for a natural privacy buffer. The development calls on elements like individual vertical townhouses to control the overall massing and favour human-scale design, while large entrance nodes further reduce the bulk and provide pedestrians with clear wayfinding.

The resident experience is intended, ultimately, to be one of peace, tranquillity, and a place of escape from the hustle and bustle. To create this, we nestled the development within lush landscaping that simultaneously facilitates privacy and acts as a focal point for the water-front communal facilities offering idyllic canal views.

To ensure longevity, the development's architecture draws on robust and durable building materials, while the light colour palette features a coastal influence further enhanced by the extensive vegetation. Together, these elements provide a textured experience housed within an atmospheric retreat from city life.
